📦 Can I change my billing or shipping information?
Once you have placed an order, changes to your billing or shipping address are not guaranteed. However, if your order is still in the processing stage (not yet shipped), you can contact our Customer Service team at orangesmart052@gmail.com as soon as possible.
If the package has already been dispatched, the shipping information cannot be changed while in transit.

📧 How do I know if my payment has been received?
Once your payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email.
You can also log in to your customer account on our website at any time to check the order status. If payment is confirmed, the order status will display as “Processing.”
🧾 Do you provide an invoice?
Yes. After your payment is cleared, an invoice will be sent to your email.
🚚 How can I find out shipping charges?

🎁 Can I send my purchase as a gift to another address?
Yes! We can ship your order to a different address. Simply enter the recipient’s details at checkout.
🔍 How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.
📦 How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number.
Note: Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update after the courier picks up the package.
